A Note from Victoria:

For over a decade, I have had the privilege of supporting, some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, and VVIP clients. Starting out in the industry as a private Chef I quickly diversified into nutrition and have studied for many years striving to be at the cutting edge of health and wellness optimisation to support my clients through demanding schedules, international travel and high-visibility careers.

From the outside, it often appears that actors and celebrities are simply β€œblessed” with good genetics β€” something the rest of us could only dream of. Over the years, I became fascinated by the idea of this genetic lottery and why some individuals seemed to thrive so effortlessly, age so well or have seemingly superhuman metabolisms, while others struggle.

This curiosity led me to formally train in naturopathic nutrition and nutrigenomics, the study of how our diet and lifestyle interacts with our DNA and gene expression.

This knowledge and expertise’s have allowed me to move beyond surface-level wellness and design truly personalised nutritional and lifestyle strategies aligned with your unique biology, supporting sustained vitality, visible longevity body composition and ageing.

In other words, understanding your individual genetic blueprint and working thoughtfully with it, enabling you too, to thrive, age gracefully and optimise our health and vitality. Cutting out the guess work and achieving targeted and precision interventions with visible results.

Today, I operate a Longevity & Age-Optimisation Nutrition Consultancy, integrating genetic insight, naturopathic nutrition and functional medicine principles to support my clients in achieving optimum health, vitality and age preservation.

My approach combines strategic nutritional interventions, real food and targeted supplementation to reduce inflammation, enhance metabolism and support longevity and premature aging β€” from the inside out.
