This hands-on experience has refined my expertise in nutrition, wellness coaching, and recipe development. 

But more importantly, it’s deepened my understanding of the psychology and science behind how and why we eat. My focus is on helping you improve your relationship with food, while emphasising the importance of a balanced diet and active lifestyle. With my background as a classically trained chef, I know first-hand it’s possible to eat an exciting, flavourful, and nutritious diet without compromising on taste or enjoyment!”
